Please remember to identify SWE.org as a safe sender. SWE IP addresses have periodically been identified as spam and blocked and we are working on more permanent solution to this issue. We recommend using your SWE alias for SWE business only.
Note that DMARC (spam) policies continue to affect SWE email lists when sending from some email service providers (such as Yahoo). Yahoo users can receive emails sent to SWE listservs.
The 2015 IT upgrade involved primarily backend migration to a more secure cloud based server system. We hope that the added and enhanced security will be beneficial to the Society's communication conduit.
List service administrators are able to use their legacy user names and passwords and log in via the below link to update and administer their respective lists. Additionally all listservs will be activated as before. New Instruction: Please limit your “number of recipients per message” to 12 to improve the functionality of your lists. Remember to check your junk and spam mail folders and confirm that swe.org mail is not being flagged as such. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact SWE Support or Philip Thakadiyil.
