John Deere and the Society of Women Engineers hosted the annual "Step Forward! 2014" - Professional Development Conference on Thursday, May 15, 2014 at John Deere Forum in Mannheim, Germany
As in the past few years, the goal of the workshop was to strengthen the network of women engineers that reside in Germany. More than 30 attendees from 4 companies participated in the conference sessions that were offered in both German and English languages. Session topics included both soft skills and technical issues such as: Innovation vs. Daily Business, The Future of Integrated Simulation, Being Your Authentic Self, Produce Sustainably Initiatives, and Working Internationally.
